Rückify ESG Report

The report cover — “Creating a Sustainable Alternative to Buying” over an aerial photograph of forest — floating against a bright sky.

Rückify was an online peer-to-peer marketplace for renting anything, built around the sharing economy. Ahead of a major acquisition, the team needed an in-depth ESG report that could double as a pitch deck, making the case for Rückify’s mission, vision, and social, economic, and governance potential to investors.

My role was to build a clean, data-driven design system that reflected Rückify’s brand while keeping the report clear and credible for investors. I led creative direction and execution across the full report: layout and typesetting for more than 60 pages, data visualization and infographics to simplify complex information, and image treatments and colour systems to keep everything consistent.

I worked closely with our Senior Content Marketing Manager and an external content team from PwC to build the report from the ground up, aligning content, design, and strategy into one cohesive story. We ran multiple rounds of review with executive stakeholders, refining both narrative and visuals as we went.

Shortly after the report went out, Rückify closed an additional $7M+ capital raise. I can’t say the report alone drove that, but it helped position the company clearly enough for investors to see where their money should go. Internally, it landed just as well: the executive team and employees got genuinely excited about where Rückify was headed, giving the company a shared vision and a real morale boost.
